Many small updates and tweaks to the Index and Navigation pages.
Resolution of 3D elements lowered to emulate early 3D software
Index page scaling fixed, cookies added to decrease waiting.

Fixed a bug where the site would become unbearably slow on low-end monitors.
Also updated the splash page a bit.
